Eric Appiah-Kubi is a dynamic and accomplished executive with over two decades of cross-industry leadership experience spanning real estate, insurance, financial services, music, humanitarian initiatives, and international event management. After earning both his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (2002) and MBA (2003) from the University of Kent, Eric built a strong commercial foundation through early roles at Lloyd & Co Estate Agents and Alico. He rapidly progressed into senior management within the property sector while simultaneously developing a distinguished career in financial protection with organisations including Property Location Countries (PLC), American Life, Eunisure, and Access Financial Services and BSLProtect. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist Protection Adviser at Holmes Mortgages, he is widely recognised for his strategic mindset, client-centric approach, and consistent delivery of measurable results.

His experience as Co-Founder of the TMMP Awards and Director of the Great Commission Society reflects his strength in building platforms that unite diverse stakeholders. Combined with his role in the successful 2025 launch of Air Sierra Leone, Eric offers the Summit a powerful blend of commercial acumen, diplomatic engagement, and creative innovation. Under his leadership, the organisation is positioned to expand its international footprint, foster strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional value to business leaders across the UK and globally.

Stuart Freeman is a highly experienced media executive and strategic advisor with more than three decades of board-level leadership. As Chairman of TMH Media since 1989, he has built and led multiple successful ventures, consistently focused on delivering measurable value for clients through strong, trust-based relationships. His career began with The Sunday Times and progressed through senior roles at Essex and East London Newspapers and Essex County Newspapers, establishing a deep foundation in media strategy, commercial growth, and operational leadership. As Consultant and Advisory Director for the UK Business Leadership Global Summit, Stuart brings seasoned judgment, market insight, and a proven ability to guide organisations through change and expansion.

An influential figure in faith-based broadcasting, Stuart developed strong partnerships with God TV founders Rory Alec and Wendy Alec, and later launched Faith World TV on SKY to serve African and Caribbean audiences.

Polly Hargreaves is a seasoned financial strategist and award-winning enterprise champion with more than two decades of experience across the financial and insurance sectors. A graduate of London South Bank University, where she earned a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance, Polly has built a distinguished career delivering strategic financial guidance and specialist protection solutions. Her professional journey includes roles with respected organisations such as OWL Financial, Eunisure, and Access Financial, and she currently serves as Specialist Protection Adviser at BSL Protect. Known for translating complex financial concepts into practical strategies, Polly brings deep expertise in risk management, wealth preservation, and client education.

Polly also serves as Former Co-founder of Dazzling Futures Services CIC, further advancing inclusive enterprise and social mobility. As Strategic Director for the UK Business Leadership Global Summit, she brings a powerful combination of financial acumen, cross-sector insight, and a proven commitment to empowering businesses and communities to achieve sustainable growth.

Andrea Aviet BEM is an award-winning entrepreneur, survivor advocate, world record holder, and globally recognised changemaker whose work bridges resilience, innovation, and impact-driven leadership. Honoured with the British Empire Medal by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II for services to victims of domestic abuse, she has transformed personal adversity into purposeful enterprise — building scalable platforms that empower professionals and women to overcome limiting beliefs and achieve measurable growth. As Founder and CEO of ASCEND, Andrea delivers executive mindset coaching, international keynotes, and high-impact empowerment programmes. Her entrepreneurial credibility is further strengthened by producing and starring in the internationally awarded short film Don’t Cry, which premiered at UK Parliament and gained global recognition for its powerful social impact narrative.

Andrew Metzger is a dynamic and results-driven business leader whose career spans media, motivational leadership, and strategic commercial development. With advanced academic credentials including an MBA in Finance, an MSc in Management Consultancy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, and a BA in Accounting and Public Administration, Andrew combines strong analytical capability with exceptional people-focused leadership. His professional journey—from engaging global audiences as a presenter and speaker to delivering impactful motivational training for businesses and youth organisations—reflects a consistent ability to inspire, influence, and drive performance.

As Head of Content at Faith World TV, Kristie has successfully overseen the development of impactful programming with international reach, while her experience interviewing global leaders has strengthened her reputation for professionalism, credibility, and audience insight.
